These properties may contain macro expressions that are resolved (merged) when the e-mail is sent. The use of macros is necessary to ensure that individual e-mails based on this template contain information relevant to the situation that caused them to be sent.

The Attachments Attachments button in the header of the tab allows you to attach files to the e-mail template. When e-mails based on the given templates are sent out, the attachments will be included. You can see the current number of attachments in the button's caption. Clicking the button opens a dialog where the attachments can be managed.

Any changes to the template must be confirmed by clicking the Save Save button.
