LifeFlight, Maine's emergency medical helicopter service, will be attending a community picnic being hosted by North Haven EMS and  North Haven Fire Department on Saturday, July 24th at 12:00 PM at North Haven Community School.

There will be a brief presentation on the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system on North Haven. Penobscot Island  Air, which provides emergency transports from the island, will also attend.  The public will get a chance to meet some of the members of the local and extended team that helps to make North Haven a safer, more livable place.

The North Haven's ambulance and fire trucks will be there, and with any luck (and some good weather) we'll be able to land an airplane and a helicopter at about 12:15.

A barbeque lunch will be served. Donations optional.
