13th Annual LifeFlight Emergency Care Open

Join us for a day of friendly competition, food, and prizes, all while supporting a great cause! Proceeds from this fundraising event support LifeFlight’s clinical education program, which benefits the flight crew as well as emergency medical providers across the state. Please note the latest CDC recommendations and guidelines will be followed at the tournament we ask that all participants maintain social distancing and wear proper fitting masks while at the event.
In addition, registration must be completed online this year. Pre-registration is required for everyone. Unfortunately we can not accept any day-of registrations.
Supporting critical care education in Maine
Here at LifeFlight, we continue to take care of Maine by supporting our EMS and hospital partners who need to transport critical patients to a higher level of care.
The key to high-quality critical care in a largely rural environment like Maine is a strong network of emergency medical providers, from the first responder all the way to the specialty physician at a large, urban medical center. The network includes public safety officers, dispatchers, EMTs and paramedics, as well as nurses and physicians in emergency rooms at small community hospitals. Advanced education and frequent training help strengthen that network of providers.
LifeFlight works hard to ensure its own medical crew members maintain a high-level of clinical proficiency through ongoing education and training. Crew members also provide training to emergency medical providers across the state, resulting in a system that continues to become more skilled and more synergistic.
Funds raised at the Emergency Care Open support this advanced training and education for LifeFlight’s clinical crew and the larger EMS community. We've been especially grateful for that support over the last year when the capacity and capability of the entire healthcare system was put to the test. Thank you for all of your past support and for being a special part of our LifeFlight community. We hope you'll join us on the golf course on June 21!
The registration fee of $125 ($500 per team) includes coffee/grab and go breakfast, lunch, greens fee, cart, a goody bag and chance to win prizes. A cash bar will be available to all golfers, along with roving beer carts on the course.
Sign-in starts at 8am, with a shotgun start at 9am and scramble style of play.
The event will also feature select games on course. You can purchase a Team Game Bundle (value $80) at registration for only $50 - it includes mulligans, string and game entries for the whole team!
